She continued in her efforts, and in 2009 opened a new building of bilingual Kindergarten, Elementary School and Grammar in Zdiměřice. In 2013 she was awarded as a businesswoman of the year in the Middle-Sized Business category.

Kateřina is a practical innovator in education. She is the author of the Student-Organized Learning concept, including several forms of digital support for autonomous education. At the school she led, she created a concept for the development of robotics and technology and led workshops focused on technology in education. She is also came up with the concept of the Teachers Innovation and Inspiration Fair (started in 2018). Mrs. Kožnarová founded the Counseling Center for Mental Health of Students and their Academic Development and the community project "Rubik's Choir" aimed at the development and well-being of teachers. She has also created a structure for innovative cooperation with parents. She was a project manager for the TEDx conference and spoke at a number of conferences, such as PREF 2019, MENSA Conference 2018 and 2019.
Hobbies:
Kateřina likes expedition cycling and dancing. With her two dogs, she is involved in dogs’ sports and canistherapy.

Alena has been involved in the education and bringing up of children since she was 18 when she started going to summer and winter camps as a leader. She works in the Elkonin Initiative - preparation for reading - as a lecturer of pre-grapheme and grapheme stage courses. Together with other completed courses, it creates a comprehensive complex of knowledge in the field of preschool and early school pedagogy. and history at Charles University in Prague, first at elementary school, then at grammar school. He
has also worked at the Ministry of Education where he stayed for two years. Even then he didn´t

She fell in love with the city and returned many times. After she moved to Prague and obtained her TEFL certificate, Prague became her new home. She helped children and adults prepare for Cambridge exams, worked as a summer camp tutor and led after-school clubs in STEAM and art. She joined a bilingual private school in Prague and taught 1st through 5th grade English and other core subjects. She loves finding creative ways to teach children how to discover and learn new information and skills.

She became a teacher at primary schools (the second and mainly first stage), also led the students' parliament and organized school skiing courses. She liked the work with younger children most, so she decided to continue in this area. She loves accepting new challenges and improving her skills. She further deepened her qualification by studying Gender Studies at Charles University in Prague.

She has gained 6 years of experience teaching the CLIL method in Czech Republic in a Czech state primary school. When she finished a course in administration, she changed her professional direction. First, she worked as a company executive assistant, then as a receptionist at the Zámek Štiřín Hotel. This type of work enables her to fully use her excellent communication skills as well as her optimistic nature.
Hobbies:
Jitka spends most of her free time with her two daughters, often going on trips to nature and historical places. She likes taking pictures, cycling, and walking in the mountains. She also likes Czech traditions and crafts; she collects semi-precious stones and antiques.

Petr comes from one of the oldest royal Czech towns, the capital of hops and beer, and at the same

and history at Charles University in Prague, first at elementary school, then at grammar school. He
has also worked at the Ministry of Education where he stayed for two years. Even then he didn´t
give up teaching. On top of that he devotes his free time to children during summer camps.

Then, in 2020, he came to the Czech Republic to work as an Elementary school teacher in a private school. Harol is very excited to be part of Sunny Canadian International School where he hopes to continue to impact young people.

Monika comes from Klatovy. At the beginning of her professional career, she worked in adult education (andragogy) in an international telecommunications company. After the birth of her daughter, her interest gradually shifted from adult education to the education of children. Lucie comes from Podkrkonoší, where she still loves to return. She uses her knowledge of German not only in teaching, but also in communication with her family living in Germany. She also has experience with business German, because she worked in a German company.
Hobbies:
Lucie prefers to spend her free time with her family, recharges her battery in nature, enjoys traveling, reading, practicing yoga, and is interesting in a healthy style and aromatherapy.

David has been in education since he was 22 years old. During his experience of 24 years he worked in a few elementary schools as well as in high school. He likes his approval subjects - mathematics and chemistry, on top of that he devoted his time to self-study of physics. What he enjoys as well is class teacher´s work. He also regularly organized trips on boats, after school activities such as bycicle riding, or other sports events.
Hobbies:
David spends most of his free time with his family - wife, two daughters and a dog. The whole family enjoys volleyball. When David has a spare time after all he likes riding a bike, playing futsal, watching the Champions League. He also likes reading surreal poetry, listening to music of various genes or watching a good movie.

Stepan likes sports, even though he has already finished his career in small-sided football. He also enjoys reading and playing the guitar.

Born in Fife, Scotland, Richard worked for many years with the Scottish Government, ran youth clubs, and volunteered for a national charity supporting young children and their families. He recently made a move to the Czech Republic with his family, where he continued to work in education.

Peter was born and raised in Kenilworth, England. He gained his bachelor's degree in Secondary Education from the University of Exeter in 2001. He took a gap from teaching to pursue business interests in the ICT sector before returning to the profession in 2019.
Hobbies:
Peter has been heavily involved in sport for most of his life. He currently coaches the Prague Raptors Women's football team that compete in the Czech national league system. Other hobbies include music and books.
