First and unforgettable Graduation Ball of SCIS

March 9, 2018 belonged to the first ever Sunny Graduation Bal. Just after 7pm, the Ball was inaugurated by Sunny Canadian International School founder and owner Mrs. Alice Stunde, who presented the event as being for all Sunny students, their parents and siblings, and friends.

Mrs. Gabriela Partyšová moderated an evening of amazing music performed by Blue Band, a popular and prolific ensemble that has performed for more than 400 dances. We also welcomed the mayor of Jesnice, Mrs. Radka Vladykova. 

Sixth graders started the action on the dance floor. They waltzed beautifully to music from Cidarella all in attendance were treated to a sublime dance by 9th grade students and amazing dance performance by High School students.- Pupil’s couresage by classroom teachers and a group photo shoot followed each dance performance. All students and teachers stuck to their choreography and treated their roles with high professionalism. 

Meanwhile, the dance floor was in full swing as parents, children, and teachers enjoyed the compulsive undulations of the music and were moved to dance. Guest dancers included amateurs (whom we’ll perhaps see in StarDance in the near future) and widely known professionals. We enjoyed song by our professional singers - Viki Kodickova and Nela Duchacova. It was absolutely breathtaking. Finally, the ninth grade students prepared a midnight surprise!

 All at Sunny Canadian International School thank everyone who attended the first ever Sunny Ball. We appreciate the professionalism of the students, teachers, staff, and parents for their contributions to a welcoming and successful social event. It was a night we‘ll remember for a long time.
