ENROLLMENT FEE FOR KINDERGARTEN (paid annually)

CZK 2 000 / school year – new children

CZK 1 000 / school year – returning children of Sunny Canadian Kindergarten

• Non-refundable payment upon contract signing.

TUITION FOR KINDERGARTEN

• Prices are for one month, payable semi-annually (5 months); due dates 31. 5. (1st semester), 15. 1. (2nd semester).
• For second, third or more children/pupils in SCIS KG, ES or HS – 10% discount from lower tuition.
• Children attending the final year of Kindergarten (children who will be at least 5 years old in September) are required to attend 5 days per week until either 3:00 p.m. or 5:15 p.m.
• Full 5-days/week attendance until 5:15 p.m. includes an unlimited number of extra courses from offer A.

SCHOOL ATTENDANCE POSTPONEMENT

CZK 1.000 – enrollment fee if school attendance is postponed

• If a pupil is accepted the following school year to SCIS, the enrollment fee will be reduced by this amount.

KINDERGARTEN RULES OF COMPENSATION

With attendance 3 times a week, compensation can be collected for the child's absence due to illness or vacation. This compensation is applicable exclusively during the month following the absence. No compensation is available for the month of June. SCIS will make its best efforts to compensate, however, in case operational reasons would prohibit SCIS to do so, SCIS is not obliged to ensure the compensation. Compensation does not apply to early pickup or late arrival.

PRICE OF SCHOOL FEES AND SERVICES PROVIDED

Prices are listed based on the price level of 2023/24 and can be adjusted according to the contract of attendance.

AFTER HOURS IN KG

Children/pupils must be picked up within 15 minutes of the end of KG (this does not apply to KG attendance until 5:15 p.m.). The KG building closes at 5:30 p.m. After this, extra hours are charged at CZK 500 an hour. Extra hours are charged at the end of each semester.

EXTRA COURSES

The prices of extra courses are fixed for each course individually at the beginning of each semester, and their price list is available to parents via e-mail or school website.

SCHOOL BOARDING (LUNCHES AND SNACKS)

The prices are set in separate price list at the beginning of each semester and the list is available to parents via e-mail or school website.

Paid in advance at the beginning of each semester, at the end the remainder is reimbursed.
